Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Shipments are made business days, Monday through Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday expect your item to be shipped the next non holiday or business day.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Novatrack is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Novatrack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We offer worldwide shipping.
Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A receipt is required for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Refunds are issued and will be processed when the original product is returned in its original condition, with original packaging, and receipt within 14 days of its purchase.
